If you hate being on camera, you don't know what to say, you hate how you look and you don't have time, this is for you. So, if you're not posting videos there, I'll not find you. It's not always the best person. Always the best person, but my record when you used to freestyle it was 42 takes for a short video with the Zillow link or realtor.com link, the listing link you have right there. If you put that into Big View, Big View create an AI listing video that would boo like a walk through the property even if you have only static images.
We're going to rewind that back, guys. Listen again. Okay. And what he just said, I could change the last three words of a video and increase the results five times more just by change the last three words. You know that thing where you finally sit down to film a real estate video and you spend 45 minutes just trying to figure out what to say? Then you record it five times and it's still not to your liking? Yeah. Today we're going to fix that. One expert, one tool, one thing you can use before your next listing goes live.
Welcome to the AI Agent Advantage. I'm Jman. This episode is brought to you by our founding partners, Wise Agent, Subi, and the CE Shop. Those are the companies that believe in what we're building here. We're grateful to have them in our corner. AI is not replacing you, but the agent who uses it will. This is AI agent advantage. One expert, one tool, one thing you can implement today with your host, J man. Today I'm sitting down with Bruno Lopez, head of partnerships at Big View. He has spent years helping camera shy agents become consistent video marketers.
And the tool we're breaking down today is Big View, the eye platform that scripts, records, and edits your videos for you. If you don't know it yet, you will by the time we're done. Bruno, welcome to the AI Agent Advantage. Hey Jay, man, what's up? It's good to be here. Very excited to talk about real estate videos and why we're not creating as many videos as we think we should. Yeah. And I feel like you're a longlost cousin, you know, um because we talked about like my last name was from Brazil, but I've also been talking about how to help uh really shy agents overcome
their fear and do video probably for 15 almost 20 years. So, I feel like today's if there was ever a podcast I was built to talk about, like this episode is it. So, I'm really excited. Amazing. Amazing. Let's see how we can help the agents listening to this episode. So, in in plain English, what does Big View actually do? Basically, reduce all the friction. So, if you hate being on camera and you have no idea what to say, Big View will help you to deliver a video in 10 minutes.
That's what basically be able to do using Big View. And so would you say that you're also a success story of it because you started in the customer success team and now you're like the face of the brand here talking on video talking about it. It's funny because when I started at Big View the first month I I was already doing live sessions talking about the app like trainings. I was the first person recording putting social media from Big View. That was kind of not part of my role but was just it see it seems to be the right direction for us but at the
end it's repetition right as soon as you have done dozens hundreds of times just gets better there's no other way to improve than repetition right perfect practice makes perfect we always say right right yeah so would you say then would it be the solo agent the brokerage the team or kind of all the above that could benefit from this usually an agent agent, a solo agent, they don't have a lot of marketing or support from the broker. Not all the agents, but sometimes they're well, most of the time.
Yeah, it happens. So, how you could do to grow your business. Most agents, you probably know that, but they're relying only on referrals. And if you rely only on referrals, it's very hard to predict and control your business. You don't have a business if you only rely on referrals, right? You need to wait and see what happens in the market. as start going to the market doing outreach, cold calling or nin that's very time consuming and most agents they hate even more doing this than creating videos.
Yes, absolutely. Yep. Yep. So video the solution at the end. So video is the answer to all things. Uh but I I think it's rounding out your business because it can complement whether you work by referral or you do cold calling. either one of those avenues. If you like, enjoy, and are good at it, video can complement that and make it better. Am I right? For sure. For example, I think that everyone would do this now. Like, I'm moving to Houston. I'm moving to New York City.
What is the first thing you would do? I'll probably search about best place to live, the cost of living. If there is a good school for my kid, and where I'm going to find that information, usually YouTube, Instagram, Facebook. So, if you're not posting videos there, I will not find you. I'll find maybe the agent that is not the best in the market, but it's creating videos for show channels. Uh, I like what you said there because it's it's about being found. It's not always the best person, but it's the best marketer.
And you gave gave a great example with New York City. People say, "I want to move to the city." And there's 32 different neighborhoods with 32 different lifestyles. So just creating simple content like that like hey what is it like to live on the Upper East Side versus the Upper West and and just little short videos. Right. Right. Especially uh we can talk about this afterwards like the structure of a good video but I'm going to talk about the worst CTA like call to action you can use at the end of the video.
So if you just avoid that mistake you have success. But short videos they help you to deliver the message and reach more clients because not everyone watch a five 10 20 minute video that I see some agents creating. Not say I'm not saying that you should not do that. It just takes more effort and with the same amount of time you could create five 10 short videos and post in a month and reach thousands of clients. So, what is the problem that Big View solves that an agent, you know, I I Oh, I could just pull my phone out and start filming on the fly.
What What's the problem that that solves? How does that help them? Most agents, they start using Big View. This is kind of the workflow. They want to create one video, so they don't know what to say. They go to one of the AI models available in the market and they try to create a script. Good. Now, they have a script for that specific video. They try to memorize that script. this takes a lot of time and then they yeah try to record in one, two, three, five, 10 takes and they give up.
Okay, I cannot do this. Right? So instead of doing that, what if you have an AI within the view that learns your tone, learns about the market, learn about your goals, so sounds like you and instead of trying to memorize the scripts, you have a teleprompter right there. So you can shoot the video reading directly from your phone. So your phone now is a teleprompter and reduces the friction, the retakes that you need to have a good result. Okay. This is just to get started. Yeah.
So you have an all-in-one solution. I think for me I I'm a tab guy that you're probably the same way. We have 8, 10, 12, 30 tabs open at a time. And I'm so used to going, "Oh, I have this AI open, copy, paste." But I I'm an advanced user. The average person, they're like, "Where did it go? What is it doing?" So having it all all in one place definitely helps. And then like you're saying, it has the proper framework and they can do it in in just a few takes where it's like, oh really you know what you're going to say now you
just have to do a couple different variations of it like maybe you know you're you accent certain ways vocal variety and things like that right and even if you go to I don't know chatbot one of these AI models and you want to create a script you need to train the model to sound like you and to sound good for a short video for a teleprompter on view is already there by default. all the scripts that are made to be used on the teleprompter. They were not made to be a article or blog that you post.
So it's already a spoken language that you can use when you create the scripts using big view. And I would just say that the less friction that the users uh usually have, they're using many apps, right? So they create the script here, record there, do the edit in a different software, and then post using a different software. they're paying at the end four or five subscriptions and they're not even using they just want to do it. Okay, so that was gonna be my next question then.
How is it different from like there's there's a lot of other teleprompter apps out there plus maybe I find somebody on Upwork to be my freelance editor and then I take I think you already answered it but maybe go a little bit more in depth about why it's not why it's better but why it's different and maybe better is different is better. Sure. For example, there are many other teleprompterss and it's great because I have created videos comparing different apps to big views. So I really saw what is the difference.
It's basically the other apps the beauty effects they have right there. Most of them they're not for professional videos. So you could have like a cat makeup you look like something funny and not a professional video like a real estate agent needs to be on camera. Right. So that's the first thing. Yeah. Then about editing, most of the other apps they want you to kind of become an editor. You need to understand a lot of about editing on the view. You just choose what you want.
Like I want captions, logo, music, and visuals. Create video and that's it. So even with zero experience, you'll be able to go from one idea to video ready in around 10 minutes. And so you are saving on having to hire that editor and have the time of going back and forth with multiple iterations. You just it's all it's all in one place. With an editor, for example, you need to explain to the editor what you want. And sometimes you don't know what you want, right? You don't know what is good.
Most not sometimes. I think most people don't know what they go make me a great video. And then the editor makes a great video that he felt was great. Then the agent's like, "This isn't what I wanted at all." Oh, and then it goes back, you know, they don't know how to communicate the deliverable. Yeah. And the same with AI, we just we're kind of lazy now. We just say, "Okay, give me a great script to sell more properties and and we just leave this to Chatty PTN.
We want a good script." This will never happen, right? They need context to create a good video and that will be easier using a solution that was made. Thinking about that, so the biggest vertical for us it is real estate. And just to give more context, we have around 70,000 videos created every month just by real estate agents. Used to be 70,000 videos. It's quite a lot. Yeah. Okay. So, if someone was going to do this manually, all of it, write the script, film it, edit it.
How much time are we actually talking about? Is it really 10 minutes like start to finish? If you have no idea how to create videos, it could take you about 10 12 minutes using big view because on the scripting you basically give the topic you want to talk about and I suggest five different topics back to you aligning that direction. For example, you just give random words like New York investing tips for first-time home buyers. Just give some random words and I craft that in five different scripts that you create a video right now using a good structure for social media.
Yeah, you shoot that video with the teleprompter. Let's suppose that you're not good using a teleprompter, you take you three takes. So even with the teleprompter, it takes you five minutes for recording. So far, four minutes, four minutes and a half. Editing should take you two minutes with AI. And sharing, I did not mention, but sharing, you could share the video across all your channels with one click instead of going to Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Facebook, YouTube to post the same video. Really? And what I guess with AI, what we're removing is their excuses, right?
I mean, right? They had all these I didn't know what to say. I didn't want to look stupid on camera. Uh I I I have don't have the time to post it. All the things. all all the you know if you wrote a list of all the excuses that we would get pre before AI B AI I would say right they don't exist anymore because you have all of these taken care of that's usually how I start every training like if you hate being on camera you don't know what to say you hate how you look and you don't have time this is for you
because at the end if you have time you are good on camera and you are an editor you're not a real estate agent you're not right I'm sure I'm sure you're not right right yeah absolutely well and And it's uh you know my line was always it's how you look. Like you can't change that. Like don't surprise them and show up at the door like here I am and they're like oh man I wish you would have sent a you know a warning ahead of time.
It's it's how you look. People see every day. Kind of embrace that. And and we are our brand. You know what? People give me a lot of feedback about that. Like, I don't like being on camera, but as soon as I start using a teleprompter, I focus less on how I look and I focus more on the decks, right? Because I need to read. So, I'm not focusing on how I look. So, it helps them to overcome that fear, that kind of I don't like this or that.
I don't like that that winkle. So, that helps. That's such a good point because they're distracted in a way, right? where before we're like looking at her and then it also makes the video worse because you're looking at yourself going while you're doing it. Oh my god, I got to do it again, you know. Yeah. Okay, I like that. So, walk me through it. Uh, I just signed up. What What do I do first? Give me the real example. An agent uh doing a neighborhood video.
What What did that look like before and what does it look like now with Big View? Perfect. So, before for most agents, they don't have a structure. So they don't have a workflow. They try record the video and maybe they okay depending on the video I'm going to hire an editor. I'll try to do editing myself. They spend so much time and at the end they cannot do that consistently. That's usually the case before agents using big view. So as soon as they start using big view how this would look like.
Every time that you want to create a new video you just need to give AI a few ideas about that topic. AI will craft that script on your tone. And what we recommend for you to really have consistent to create videos consistently to record videos, many videos in one sitting. So you're going to sit for record, you're going to kind of okay, I look good now. I have a good lighting. Yeah, I position the camera. Let me create four videos, not just one. So what you do, you create four scripts right there.
And depending on the goal you have, that might be a different video, educational video, a listing video, a tip for sellers or for buyers. It really depends on your goal. As soon as you have all the scripts right there created by AI, you can shoot one after the other. And you'll see that the last script that you have there will be the best one because you kind of get in the flow and session is getting better as well. As soon as you start here, the conversation, it will be better.
the last five, 10 minutes will be the best, right? So, try to record at least four videos in one sitting so you can schedule the videos to be posted on social media that same day. And this is usually what tell agents the first Monday of the month or the first Sunday, I don't know, put 30 minutes on your calendar, sit for 30 minutes, create four videos, and schedule them to be posted one per week. Don't try to start posting 10 videos a week. That will not never happen that if you're not creating videos now.
Try at least one video per week. 30 minutes a month would take you to start building this branding social media presence that you need as a real estate agent. Okay. So batch create, right? We call that put it in your calendar because you know if you follow a calendar you put it in there it has to happen. Not like ah you know I'm going to make some videos someday and then that someday never happens because you you don't make it a priority. Uh, and then you know that day you're going to go get your hair done maybe that weekend.
You're going to put on your best outfit. And like you said, the more you create it once, the better it will get. But then also progress, not perfection. Meaning like if you're doing nothing, do one. If you're doing one or three, let's go to five. You know, may, you know, whatever it is, let's go to just to the next level. But I think what you did mention I think is is so so strong here is that the videos will be better because you have the proper framework, right?
You're starting with a hook, it's a certain length, you're closing with a call to action and that framework helps your videos to be better. So that if you even if you're making videos now and they're not they're not going well, it's because you don't know what you're doing. Would you would that be accurate? Not saying you, but the the you know, whoever's making it. And even better than that, if you're just posting, for example, let's suppose that you're very excited today. You create 20 videos for the month and then do nothing the rest of the year.
It would be better to create one video per week than to do this. You just create 20 videos and you never create videos anymore, right? So consistency is the key at the end for the results you want. It's not just one exciting morning I create 10 videos and never create videos again. Think that you have to do that next month again. and then the month after and the month after. So this is this is not going to stop. Yeah. Consistency over time is what builds trust, right?
Everybody's chasing the vanity metrics and hoping to go viral where it's better to just be consistent and have your couple hundred, 200, 400, 600, whatever that number is for you because they see you consistently over time, right? And especially uh many agents they're creating they're putting the effort they create one video and they put only on Instagram. What if that same video could post everywhere to start creating the compound effect? Maybe on Instagram you have only a 100 views, but on Facebook you have 300. On YouTube a thousand.
On Tik Tok, I don't know, 50. It doesn't matter. But at the end, you got five times more views using exactly the same effort that you used to have before for creating having I don't know 100 views. So, think about it. and and to motivate them further. Sometimes you have a video that doesn't do well on Instagram, but then it it it performs well on Tik Tok or doesn't do well on either one of those, but then YouTube shorts it hits. So, it's like you just never know which algorithm is going to pick it up at that time.
You never know because I'll tell you that I never seen a video that was kind of success in all social channels was maybe on YouTube or only Instagram, but not all of them. This right very likely never happen. So that's why you need to post everywhere. I love it. I love it. Okay. So if I could only use one feature inside Big View, just to kind of micro break like to break this down even further. If I could use one feature, which one would it be and why?
Okay. If you have to use only one feature, I feel that the one that will remove most of the bottlenecks you have or the excuses you have is the teleprompter. And it's the feature that we started 10 years ago. We started as a teleprompter 10 years ago. I remember the penguins recording and you used to like it was like landscape like you would hold it like this right I remember and then it had the the logo was different but yeah I remember that it's one of the first ones I used to recommend actually so recommend if you have to use only one the teleprompter because
at the end without the video you have nothing right you cannot post you could post without editing if you want but without recording without a take you don't have anything right right so what is the learning curve not very tech-savvy. Can I just hop in here and it should be pretty easy for me to use? It could. For most agents, it is, but we also understand that some agents they prefer a guided on boarding. So, we have weekly training sessions for agents that they sit in a group session or a one-on-one session and we walk them through.
Okay, so this is how you create a script. Let's create a script together. Okay, good. Let's now create the first video. So they see the results very fast. And this is the feedback that we get all the time. Oh, this used to take me hours. Oh, I I was paying an editor to do this for 100 bucks. Now I could do it with your app in five minutes myself. Right? So it could take five minutes, 10 minutes for most agents, but there's still some of them that they have more challenges.
Not just with big deal, with technology in general, with AI with technology in general. Yeah. So be there to help them get started. Not just with big view, sometimes we help with uh if they want to create an automation on Instagram for the comments, we also help them with that because at the end we want them having results and that will help them. I love that. Okay. Well then on on the flip side of this, what does it not do? Well, what are there any limitations?
I would say that for big view for agents, what would be the limitation? That's a good question. Maybe if you want there are some specific cases like if I'm already have a content team creating videos for me. So I have a videographer, I have an editor, I have a marketing planner, I have like five people on my team doing my video, right? I love throwing away money. If you will not replace that if you could part of the process for creating other kind of videos but to not replace your marketing team like 10 people on your team creating content for you.
This is not something we can replace at least not yet. Okay. But it's something that I think they should be looking into and re-evaluating to see because I think some people when they if they have a system like that, they have the videographer, they do all that, they batch create, they send it to somebody else to edit. That's a system that they're used to and changing systems scares people, but they're also throwing away thousands of dollars with that system, right? So maybe it's like reevaluate what's working and how you can do it better.
Yeah. And we like to focus on the outcomes because at the end, not just talking about views. Okay, I'm going to create a nice video gives me 5,000 views, 100,000 views, looks amazing, but how many deals you got from that video? How many DMs if it's zero or if you cannot measure that you don't have a business yet right because if you cannot measure you cannot improve what you cannot measure so how we measure success at big view DMs engagement that you got from the video not just views because true story we have agents with a few subscribers like 100 subscribers on YouTube getting more
results than agents with thousands of subscribers depending on the call to action the video structure and how they positions themselves on social media that's so funny it's like asking and the question, would you rather be famous or rich? Quick shout out to one of our founding partners, Wise Agent. If you're in real estate and you're still juggling five different tools to manage your business, do yourself a favor. Wise Agent is the all-in-one CRM that helps you manage your contacts, automate your follow-up, and actually grow your business without the tech headache.
Built-in texting, email marketing, landing pages, task management, and real support from people who understand this industry. Check them out at wisag.com. link in the show notes and tell them Jqu sent you. And so many agents are like famous, I guess, because I want to have a 100,000 views. And like, well, did you get business from it? No. Well, do you feel better about yourself? Yeah. Till the next video. And it's like they're chasing they're chasing those vanity metrics. Right. Right. Right. And at the end, you could if and I think the biggest issue that the usions cannot measure the results from stream media.
Most of them say I don't know or zero. That's most of the answers I receive when I'm meeting an agent discussing about social media. They don't have they have no idea. The result they're having or the result is zero. They're having nothing. They want to get started. Right. So, we need to measure at least measure and know the results you're have to be able to improve every video. Maybe the CTA, the structure, the intro of the video. Well, and like you said, consistency over time because there's also the top of mind awareness where like maybe they didn't DM you directly, but when you get to
that listing appointment, they go, "Oh, Bruno, I watch all your videos." And you're like, "You do? I thought just my mom did." Like, and and it really does then help uh for them to be, you know, more, like you said, more familiar with your personality because you're making it in your voice. Yeah. And even if you just have your business based on referrals, if someone refers me an agent, I'm going to try to find this agent on social media to see how this agent works, right?
So even for that to rely on your referrals, you need social media presence as well. Otherwise, you're going to lose some of the referrals you would get just if you had a very tiny small social media presence with an intro video, videos about last clients, you had transactions, how you negotiate, your a little bit about story, that kind of video can build the trust also for the referrals you may have. Okay. So, you said an afternoon of video making previous turns into 15 minutes. like walk me through exactly where those extra hours used to go.
Is it in the the planning process, recording on site, the editing, all the things we've already talked about? Depends on the video you're creating. For example, a listing video. You want to create a listing video. You go to the property or you have, I don't know, a photographer doing for you and going to pay a few hundred bucks on that. But let's suppose you go right there is an open house. You record a property and then you have those takes. Okay, now I need to make this look good, right?
So, hm, I need the script. I did not record my voice. H okay, what I'm going to do? Okay, I need some music. I need to trim the video. And most agents, okay, I cannot do this. Let me hire an editor to do this for me. So, they pay around 200, 300 per video instead of spending spending the time doing that or even pay an editor with the Zillow link or realtor.com link, the listing link you have right there. If you put that into Big View, Big View will create an AI listing video that would look like a walking through the property.
Even if you have only static images, stop it. Right. We're going to rewind that back, guys. Listen again. Okay. And what he just said. So, you take the the listing link wherever I'd rather say my own website, but wherever there might be photos and like a description of the property that's publicly available. So you take that, you paste it in. Yeah. Just the link. Just paste the link. Just the link. Yeah. Just the link because then it can crawl and access all that information and then it creates the video for you.
Is that what you just said? Yep. It will create the script for that video based on the information about the property, the photos, the marketing. So it do some kind of research. AI will do that. Then you could use your voice like AI voice that is cloned within the view. So you not appear on the video unless you want because if you want you could also be on the video with kind of the walking through the property appear at the top. So you want to the property and the property appearing at the top walking through the different features.
Okay. And then it's it's taking the images from the listing already or you're Oh man. Yeah. That's nice. That's really great. Yeah. This feature alone it's agents are using the view just for this feature alone. besides all the other things we talked about because they were paying 200 bucks for one video like this. Yeah. Because I think it's it's a great first step and like we talk about like if they're scared of things like I think that might be a good first step for them to ease their way into the video.
Like maybe they're like I don't want to be on camera yet, but I'll use my voice and maybe do the voice over. And then they get more courage. They see things that are working and then they get on camera slowly maybe in the corner. Yeah. Or they they do a walk and talk. Let's talk a little bit about the the script that it creates because I think that's a mistake. That's going to be one of my next question. Um what is what are some of the mistakes most people make when when they make video or when they first start using Big View uh in regards
to their their framework? Right. Right. So I I would say that the first thing is not train AI to sound like you or you you're not being yourself using AI. So the outcome, the results not be good. For example, you're seeing like the agent acting and using those words on some videos. And then he start using AI and changes completely. Different language, everything is different. Looks like a different person. It sounds like a college professor. Sounds like that. That's not usually a good result. And especially I would say that many real estate videos, they start the video.
I see the videos like, "Hi, I'm Bruno Lopez. I'm here. here. I'm a real estate agent in New York City and today I'm going to talk nobody cares who cares about you or about right the market and we're we're we're saying this with love everyone who's listening and watching but what we mean is it's a stranger so they don't care who what our name is and their company they want to start with why should I listen like you have those few seconds right in the beginning we call that the hook right right so creating a hook and avoiding introducing yourself in the first seconds of
the video it's something that for us is very obvious that this is something you should do. And if you're working with marketing and video, it is. But for not just real estate agents, but professionals, they feel that's the best way to start the video to introduce themselves to kind of pass credibility, but it doesn't help on social media. Yeah. They go just scroll past. If you can't hear that sound is my thumb going up and down. Um, okay. So then what is the the single biggest win when they get the tool?
First thing I should do where I feel like yes, I'm doing video. Bruno was right. He's the man. I love him. What's the What's the the the single biggest win in the in the beginning that an agent can can get with this tool? It is the recording at the end. It's not just the editing or posting, but they feel that they were able to use technology first. Some agencies struggle with technology in general. They tried to use other apps and did not work. So they feel okay, I can use this app.
It's easy to use. And then I was able to create a video in less than five minutes. Took me no effort and looks natural. That's very important because if you create a video and it looks like this, you're just staring the camera. It doesn't look natural at all. You're not blinking. They're not happy. So it's more than just the result they have. It was built. The teleprompter Yeah. was placed in a very specific area of your phone. So people will not see that you're reading. Your eyes will not move when you're reading and will look natural even if you're not good on camera.
So that's usually why they're happy because they see the outcome. The video they just created and most of the time looks natural. They can deliver the message in one take. In two minutes they created a video that used to take them 20 30 minutes uh before using tele. Now, I I'll give you a quick testimonial because I'm somebody who's been doing video for 20 years, and as a speaker, sometimes we have very specific things that people that hire us want want us to say. It might be, you know, the Minnesota Area Association of Realtors in conjun conjunction with the Minnesota Mortgage Association brings you, right?
So, it's very specific and I might I could freestyle it, but they want specific things, the date, the time, how to register. And so I use Big View for those very specific videos. I'll put the script in there. I'm further back where you can't see me going like that, just like Bruno said. And then I can do things in, you know, I'll take usually three takes just to change on how I how I say certain things. But my record when I used to freestyle it was 42 takes for a short video for a 42 takes for a very specific promo video.
And I had to mention all of these things. By the end, I was I said every bad word in the it made for a funny bloopers reel, but you know, now it's it's a real game changer to have this and and to not just have it where you can do it on your on your desktop, but we always have our phones with us. So, it makes it easy to do it wherever you are. And you were good on camera. That's that's very interesting because the agents that are good on camera, they're very bad delivering a 30- secondond video because they cannot share that idea in
a concise way, right? They spend three minutes to deliver the message. So that's an issue. Yeah. Yeah. So true. Uh let's talk about the the the framework of what makes up a good video. So, we mentioned the hook, uh, the body of it, and then there's what what does call to action even mean for those people who aren't familiar with marketing or anything like that? What driving them somewhere or what's how does that work? You basically when you sharing a video, you need to have a goal and intention with the video.
And usually what you ask the user to do, the client, the lead to do is usually what they would do. Depends on how hard that would be. For example, if I ask you at the end of my video to call me and I give you my number. Let's think about this situation. I'm watching a video on Instagram. It's I don't know 6:00 a.m. here. I'm watching the video. Okay. You said you said the number. I need to memorize the number. I close Instagram. I go to my phone and I call you.
Do you know when this will happen? Never. Never ever. Never happen. This CTA. So, this is a very bad call to action. Give me a call or go to my website again. I'll have to close Instagram. Remember your website. type of this will never happen again. So let's try to avoid give me a call, text me, go to my website because people not do that watching a short video. This might work on YouTube in a long video but not on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn for short content.
So okay, that's bad. What is a good call to action that you could use? And you need to think what is easy when I'm on Instagram. Leave a comment is easy. send you a DM. It's easy, but not as easy as leaving a comment. Yeah. A little bit more committed to send a DM, right? Yeah. Even I don't know you. Why I'm going to send you a DM? Just leave a comment like home and then I continue my life. That's the best call to action that we have seen big users having results.
So, if you want to have results and you're creating short real estate videos, the call to action, it doesn't matter what you're promising. Like if you want to buy or sell in New York City, drop the word home in the comments. That might be the call to action you use. Or if you want a firsttime home buyer guide, leave the word home as a comment. That could also be it could be the same word. Or depending on how many videos you're creating, you could use different words.
So at the end of 30 60 days, you can measure how many comments you had, which ones are working, which ones are working, which ones became leads, deals at the end, the ones that you were able to follow up with them because follow-up is also a different issue, right? Agents usually they struggle with the follow-ups because they're very busy, right? But this is a different a different show. Yeah. Yeah. But a good call to action, it's easy for the lead, for the prospect to do it.
So usually on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, it's just a comment, a one word they need to put in the comment. Then you can start engaging. And if you're advanced, that could trigger an automation. But if you have no idea how to do that, don't don't worry. Don't do that now. Just follow manually with that. So we've talked about that in the past. We Many chat would be a great solution for that, but we're not going to get too deep into it where it just automate automatically. If you comment, then they get the guide and you get their information.
Um, yeah, but there's there's a lot more options with AI out there. But but I I like this because this is so different than what many people talk about cuz I could have a video that has a 100red views. Who cares if it converts to five clients, five, you know, five people in my DMs or or that commented that I know are interested in exactly what I'm talking about. Now it's quality over quantity, right? rather than getting 10,000 views, who cares? You're getting five people that are actually interested in having a conversation.
You know what helps on that? Especially the hook, the first words you're saying. Because if you start a video saying three things you must know before investing in New York City, if I don't care about New York, I'll not even watch that video. So, you're kind of showing the algorithm the right clients, the right prospects that should be watching your videos. So, it's okay if you have less views now because you're just filtering. Okay, if I'm not interested in New York, I'm not going to watch that video.
And that's okay. I don't want you as a client. I I don't care about just your view if you're not a potential client that I will have social media. So, the the first words help you on that as well. Okay. Now, since you're internal and to be, you know, some some exciting things that are on the horizon. You have a a done we call it super agent. I mean just the name alone gets me but super agent and that's like a done for you I like I like to call it a video coaching program but tell tell us a little bit about it.
Amazing. Amazing. So why did we create and why you're launching the super agent probably this week we're launching the program because all the agents using big view they already creating videos. Some of them they're still not consistent yet or even with the software sometimes they need someone to push a little bit more on okay did you create the video is the video ready or even more they need help with the strategy okay I'm going to create the videos four videos this month should I talk about what if I want to attract more sellers to my profile they don't know or I want to attract only
firsttime home buyers what is the kind of video I need to create or I just want to focus on agent attraction for my brokerage. What kind of video should I create? So, we'll be helping the agents now build the strategy based on their goals. Create very personalized scripts. It's not just generic AI scripts right at the end. We don't want you to have yeah generic results. You not have results if you just create a script. For example, go chat create a script about first-time home buyer in Houston.
This will not give you exactly the structure you need. So be helping you build the structure. You shoot the videos. You approve the scripts you create and then you shoot the videos in one city as we recommend. So in 30 minutes all the effort we ask you. You shoot all the videos and then we handle all the rest. We make sure that the video has your branding, your logo, captions, music, visuals depending on the video you're creating. And we even handle the social media. We'll be posting and scheduled to be posted on social media.
So the only thing you have to do is to shoot the videos and then show up in a meeting so we can discuss the results you have had, what worked, what didn't work and what are the next steps. So we want to take it to the next level where you don't have to guess what to post anymore or try to feel. Yeah. Yeah. I just say that you don't have to guess anymore and especially you'll be able to measure. Okay. I created eight videos this month.
What did work? What did not work? Okay. Let's change the hook. Let's change the call to action. Maybe the body could be shorter, could be longer, the camera angle. There are many things that could improve the result of a of a video. I could change the last three words of a video and increase the results by five five times more results just by change the last three words. The only way to really see is when you'll be able to measure the clicks, the comments, the engagement you have on that.
So, we're going to call you're giving them coaching and accountability basically. And and I love that you called it super agent because it's the power agent that's like, I don't have time for all this stuff. Perfect. Here's the program. You just show up, do your thing because you're the talent, and then you go sell some houses. Everything else, you know, is is going to be taken care of for you. Now, that that's not all for free. There's a cost to these things, right? And we're going to give them a discount for exclusive discount for the listeners.
Is that right? Yes. Yes. So, we can start for free. That's good news. So, if you go to Big View, the website, the app store, you can start for free. But at the end, if you want to use all the advanced features uh for you guys listening this episode, you get a 20% discount on the best plans we have, plus a 30 days money back guarantee. So, no matter the reason, if in 30 days you're not happy with the results or anything, just let us know because you have a 30 days money back guarantee.
For you guys listening this, this might be your chance to really get started building your social media presence in 2026. It's still in July, so we still have six months to make sure that the goal that you set in December, January, you still can do that. It's still not over, right? Still have time. And so, what I would just to add to that, if you're going to do a 30-day trial or 30-day money, like actually do it. Don't It frustrates me when people sign up for stuff and it didn't work.
What' you do? I made one video. Well, get out of here. I I can't We're not friends anymore. actually actually use it and and follow. Now, there is one other feature that I really like that you haven't mentioned, but I'm on the waiting list for because I just I'm a click a click all the buttons in the platform kind of a guy. There there's a recorded other people record a video for you. So, like for my speaking, for referrals, for testimonials, that's a feature that's coming very very soon as well.
Correct. Right. That's what we call the ask for video and for occasions especially this is great for testimonial from your clients because they also have the teleprompter for recording because that's the issue when you get the testimonial from someone you get right there they record a video and the video sucks and you cannot use that at the end so now they could also kind of build some words based on the business the conversation that you had can you recommend this is what I would like you to say are you comfortable with that please record a video if not they could also tweak a bit change
a little bit if they want, but especially for coaches and real estate agents, that would be a huge feature for getting testimonials. Yeah, I love that because you could say, "Okay, here's the framework for the video that I would love for you to make. You know, feel free to do whatever you want, but here's what I really want." And then when they get it, they're going to feel more comfortable to make it because they have the same challenges we all do. They don't know what to say.
They want to look good on camera, all the things. But I have gotten some of those testimonial videos where they go on for a minute and a half and I'm like I don't know what I could use maybe 10 seconds in the middle somewhere like it it kind of makes it hard. So it's it's how soon is that going to be available? That's a question that I don't have the answer now. Okay. In the next quarter, next 90 days. 90 before the end of the year is what we're going to say.
Before the end of the year for sure. But I I think it's because it makes it easy just to send a link and then they open it up and they can record on whatever device they're on, their desktop, their phone and whatever. Right. Right. It's because now we're focusing on more AI release state features. This is one of that is coming but we have some other priorities to really automate the road map editing the scripting the recording to make the agents life even not easier but with less issues less challenges.
Last question. Same one we ask every guest on the show. What is your single best tip for someone who's just getting started with AI? You have AI, right? But no one can replace you at the end. So if you use AI like in a generic way, anyone can do that. But if you use AI to really help you on the things that you shouldn't have to do, you don't have to do that. that AI could automate like follow-ups on your CRM, post on social media, editing.
You don't have to do that to be a great real estate agent. AI could handle for you. But being on camera, building trust, connect with your clients, that AI will never replace. Because think about it, would you trust an agent that only posts AI images on social media? Like, this is me selling a property with an AI image. Would you trust that person to buy or sell in New York? Probably not. No way. So try to focus on the things that are not AI. The connection that you have with your clients, building this authority on social media, how you show up because you are the
product at the end. If you are a real estate agent, a coach, you are the product. People are buying you before trusting you, right? So they need to buy you. They need to buy the way that you appear on video, the way that show up, how consistent you appear. you're also showing a lot about how you work the way that you appear on social media. So at the end what you should do focus on the things that AI cannot replace because AI will automate maybe 80% of your job but if you don't do this 20% well is still not going to win because AI will
only be a good assets for agents that are focusing on the 20% that is still human interaction the human connection that will never be replaced. I love that. So focus on the things that AI can't do. Do more of that and let AI handle the rest. Because you have more time now, right? Because it's like, oh, now we have AI and I have more time and what I'm going to do, I'm going to work more on the thing that AI could do it. That makes no sense.
Okay. Uh, so Bruno, where can people find you? Yeah, if you go to LinkedIn, Bruno Lopez, you'll find me.
